Before being brutally murdered by the Party Killer in the opening pages of Storm Clouds, Officer Simon Dobson was a part of Nadia's "jump street" unit of young-looking police officers sent to cover the night life district in Sydney. Though happily married, his self-destructive tendencies lead to an affair with coworker Melissa Ho that eventually blew up in his face when a risque rendevous was interrupted by a pressing development in a huge missing persons case. Dobson was eventually partnered with Chino and continued his work in the club scene, before being lead to the eventual Stitch nightclub massacre.
